Sleep Tracker: Snore & Alarm

Sleep Tracker and Alarm records your night with the phone that is already lying beside you. No watch or band needed. WHAT YOU HEAR IN THE MORNING - Short recordings of the loud moments: snoring, coughing, talking in your sleep - Every recording can be played back and marked "not me" if somebody else sleeps beside you - Only the loud moments are kept, never the whole night, and they are deleted after two weeks WHAT YOU SEE - Your night minute by minute: where you slept calmly, where you moved - How many times the night broke - How calm this night was compared with your own previous nights - History and trends: which week you slept better AN ALARM YOU CAN'T SWITCH OFF BY ACCIDENT - To silence it you solve a sum, repeat a sequence or shake the phone - Silence it any other way and it comes back - It rings on the nights you don't record, too - Wake-up window: on a recorded night it catches the moment you are already stirring SOUNDS TO FALL ASLEEP TO - Rain, rain on a window, a thunderstorm, the ocean, a stream, crickets and white noise - With a timer HONEST ABOUT WHAT ISN'T HERE We don't show sleep phases. A phone beside the bed cannot tell deep sleep from REM: in REM the muscles switch off and you lie just as still. Apps that draw those phases from a motion sensor are drawing a guess. We show what can actually be heard and seen, and say where our numbers may be wrong. This describes your night. It is not a medical measurement and not a diagnosis.
