It's a little hard to navigate to where I need to upload forms. When I try to take a picture through the app of the form to be uploaded, the app seems to crash.

It is very much helpful to maintain good health habits virtually
since the update, I am no longer able to log in. I created my log in when I first started my job and got health insurance. The app lost my log in and I don't remember the connection code. I'm just not going to waste my time with this app. I will delete it after this review.

Love it!
does not allow you to access the catalog page to use the points you have accumulated. There chat help option tells you to login via a browser. Umm you have no website to sign into. This has been the worst app I have ever dealt with.
