This app is a marketplace for planners, diaries, notebooks, etc. from different sellers, many of which I've seen on Etsy. There are a ton of great products (over 3000) and I've been trying to look through them but there is not a good category system to browse and the search is horrible so it's hard to see everything. I tried to search "notepad" and got 1 hit even though I've seen several when browsing. I do like the library that you can download purchases into but -1 star for that search.
