app is crashing as it is showing on the app to update it but I'm not seeing any update on play store

The now saying update is required, but no new updated version in the playstore. please fix it. thanks

1 star deducted for giving %age (of 22 days presumably) option only for WFO in settings. I'd like to see 'number of days WFO' required option too. Will update review based on suggestion incorporation and more usage
