Bluestar helps cut costs for expensive diabetes care. The challenges, lessons, recipes, and weekly reports are helpful. I waste several minutes every day trying to log in when the phone app keeps shutting down, however. You can save time by using the browser app, but the browser does not allow you to calculate carbs from a phone picture.

My app will not load. I had this problem back in 2022. I don't know what you told me to make it work again.

Will not install on Pixel 8 or Pixel 9 phones. I spoke to Blue Star again today and they have no solution. The support person gave wrong info but the bottom line is that they still don't have a fix date.

Overall, the app is good. However, when it tried to update, it couldn't and then the app was deleted off my phone automatically and I can't reinstall it. Not sure what the issue is.

Hi Mychel - Thanks for letting us know about the issue. There is a known issue with Google Pixel devices not allowing users to download the app. Please give our Customer Care team a call at 1-888-611-4794, and we'll work with you to resolve this.
Needs update for blood glucose monitors so they will work with app. Accucheck I know doesn't work for sure.
