This is a relatively easy app to use and good value for money. A very usefui aid to organising events and meetings. Customer support is outstanding - speedy, helpful and knowledgeable.

So far my Library is fine
First, I had an issue with the email approval, but after leaving a review stating the problem, I received a prompt solution from the WhenAvailable Team (pasting the email confirmation link into the browser solves it). Communication through email was very quick. I changed 1 star to 4, because the initial problem was solved, the only reason I don't give five because I still have to try the app and see how it works. Thank you very much Solveig for the great customer service you provided.

I set up an account, I was asked to verify email, and there seems to be a glitch or an issue with the app as it just keeps asking me to verify my email and log in. I've done it 5 times but I still can't get in to the app.
