very hard to unsubcribe you have to login on the browser portal (why TF having an app then) and search a lot to cancel or having to call in USA cause theu do not accept unsub from Email... this is a very unethical practice

Hi Samuel, we have to drive subscription control through our website, as our subscriptions work across multiple operating systems (Android, iPhone, Windows PC). Our support staff are always happy to assist with account queries and management, but usually we need a little more information to confirm account holder identity than just an email.
