Phenomenal content and pricing, but persistent login bugs ruin the experience. The Android app drops credentials upon closing, and the FireTV and LG TV versions require cumbersome re-authentication every few days despite multiple reinstalls. Even with top tier plan. Windowsight developers, please fix credential persistence across Android, FireTV, and LG. With seamless stability, this easily becomes the premier TV art application.

Hi Zach, thank you so much for this review and for being a Supporter Plus member. You're right, having to log in again every few days isn't ok. I've passed it to our dev team so we can fix it on Android, Fire TV and LG. I'll also write you by email to follow up.
I love the app. But it won't let me manage my membership plan. keep saying undefined every time I click manage membership plan.

Sorry about the connection issue! We've patched quite a few bugs in our latest releases. Give the app a fresh reinstall, as that usually clears things right up. worst app ever. I could not get it to work. or connect to tv. don't know who developed this but seriously what the hell is this and how does this even work.

LG TV came with app, can't create account via QR from TV and also cant via downloading app and scanning QR code as advises it's incorrect. Not clear how to sign in on TV if QR code not working. Looked promising, but a fail for me.
