I'm desperate at this point. I've tried to cancel my Internet service twice so now I'm trying it this way since I was hung up on and one guy named Walter made me hold on for 45 minutes while he sat there quietly. I was in the UPS store and one of their workers heard what was happening and even asked if I wanted her to help me. The guys that answer the phone to help you out are nasty people. If anyone in the office at Kinetic sees this message and can help me please message me, thanks
The experience was fine just don't like the fact that if I get off late and have a billing issue my service can't be restored right away. having to wait 24-48 hours for services really isn't ideal for me. Should be an option for someone working that can restore them immediately.
