Hi Larry! Our wine specialists have put a lot of thought into this. So a review for a 2014 vintage that was given 6 years ago is probably less relevant than one given this year as the wine will have changed overtime. To compensate for this we weight the reviews on a few different factors, which helps users have a more real world expectation.

This used to be such a great app, but now they require you to create an account and provide email and other personal data. Too bad. Users will be flocking away very soon. I just uninstalled.
Though the interface seems very helpful, it doesn't give me the information I need. Looking for distributor data. How do I cancel my free trial offer?

They've made changes in the UI that make the marketplace parto of it complete garbage. Good to findo info on wines, terrible for buying wines.

zero stars. Not very smart at identifying wines. My first scan it completely mis-identified the wine, and there is no way to correct it and tell it the RIGHT wine to rate it or find a store. This seems so basic, otherwise what should you do when it finds the wrong wine again?
