When it works it's pretty cool but the bat disappeared after every swing which makes my 9 year old a miserable whining mess. Cool idea but the technology just isn't there yet I guess
Crashes all of the time. Disappointing.
The app doesn't seem fully developed yet. I'm trying to use the SmartPark feature at the NJCAA JUCO Baseball World Series as a spectator and it makes me fill out a player profile every time I open the app. I wish there was just a spectator option instead of having to fill out a player profile since I am not affiliated with any of the players.

I had my mom swing with the worst swing and came out as a 89.

video uploads work about 20 percent of the time. I've wasted so much time trying to use a paid subscription. deleting app and cancelling membership.

Fantastic concept undermined by faulty app development. Each log in requires me to develop my player's profile anew. No option to create multiple profiles (supposed to have up to 4). Might take another look after the developers have had time to work out more of the bugs. I did like the instruction videos, which is why I gave 2 stars.

not even semi-functional. can't even play a clip without it freezing. didn't even make it to the analysis. gimmicky, thoughtless garbage. they came out to one of my kid's travel ball practices marketing this junk. Will be canceling, and hopefully I didn't give these sheisters 10 dollars.

So much potential, not ready .The app make me set up my player every time as I navigate through the interface , keeps failing to analyze swing. Such a bummer I would definitely subscribe if this worked as described, very clean interface , the videos a great , please fix
