We used the app to check 350 guests in and out of a large charity event, so we could check in people really quickly, preventing queues, and could track exactly who was there, and make sure they had left safely afterwards. We had 6 people checking in guests and it really helped us with efficiently and safely managing or guests. Support from developer was very good

I accidentally ended up making this app a homescreen. When that happened I literally wasn't able to move to any other functions on the phone. I can understand this maybe working on devices that are especially for check ins but this was my personal mobile. Unfortunately I didn't get to even use the app, i didn't like how this one thing felt like a bug. In the end I had to go in my settings through the top navigation and unnistall the app, that was the only way to get my phone back to normal.

Previous versions of our app allowed you to set the app as a 'Launcher' like your main launcher. This was to ease accidental closure of the app by staff members during check-in. We've realised this can cause confusion if a user clicks 'As launcher' by accident and have removed this feature. We only offer this for our dedicated laser scanners now.

Hi there, we require you to have a Qflow account. Once you've signed up with your unique account, this can be used to sign in to Qflow. We don't need any other details.
