This review was left before I got an answer to my Ticket. and I wasn't given a reason for why the transfer "Failed", how can a IBAN Transfer fail. now my account says German account not supported, but I've had this account for so long. now I'm scared About the transfers I have scheduled to my Coca wallet over IBAN and I can't change them.

Hi Elvis! Thanks for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience. On October 10, we explained why your transfer had been returned to the original bank account and let you know that it should arrive within a few business days. Transfers can be declined and returned by any banking institution and we understand your frustration in this situation.
My issue have been resolved within the space of two weeks. I give it to COCA team 💪

I want to be very clear about this since Coca aren't: you cannot spend the crypto in your coca wallet with the Coca debit card. they are two completely separate parts of the product. that being the case, I do not see the niche that Coca wallet and card is supposed to fill. further more, when I contacted Coca support, they took two whole days to respond. there are plenty of other products out there, such as Coinbase, Binance, Nexo, etc that do provide a debit card where you can spend your crypto

Hi, thanks for sharing your feedback! You can easily transfer USDC, USDT, and EURC from Crypto to Banking, then use them with your Coca card. We’re also sorry to hear that you had to wait two days for a response from Support. Your feedback is valuable, and we’re already working on improving our response time.
the app is okay and great, but, I noticed today that my card can't be found in the app any longer, I don't know what went wrong.
