the ai support is awful your coin income transaction may just not exist and it's only your problem they want to check your documents every moon circle. I have contacted technical support several times, but I only received foolish, meaningless answers from AI bots. upd. Three weeks later, they mail me asking for the exact same information I already sent. He's got to be kidding me
