WiSA

There are 3 versions of this App. Why? I scan the QR code from Platin and I got an error message stating that it is unable to download to my phone. I have a Samsung Z3 Fold. It should have downloaded. I was finally able to download all 3 versions of the App on my phone. Setup was easy but I did have to try and find 4 of my speakers about 10 times before the app found them. I wish for the money that you spend on the Platin Monaco 5.1.2 there's better equalizer controls. The bass lacking the punch

Just useless. For example, it seems to have a default 5.1 speaker preference and won't allow me to change it to 2.1. All the material from Soundsend breezily claims that it's easy to set-up, it definitely isn't.

Sounds alot better than the other app that came with the package

Severe audio delay on Xbox Series X, ms delay slider only goes to 200. Which should be fine, however it is at 398ms from measuring. Being able to adjust the delay forward to a full 400ms would make it usable. As is currently useless. Please update the app.

No one respond for support. Don't get caught up in this company's start-up mess.

Great app but wish there were more granular EQ and Timing Controls. And wish developer released more updates. It's been a while since SoundSend device or this App have received updates/improvements/etc.

Update. Klipsh wisa subwoofer is garbage. I added 2 savant wisa subs (kicka$$). Now running 5.3.2 Im currently running klipsch 5.1 system with 2 lithe speakers for atmos. I was hoping the new app would bring out the power from my subwoofer since im using the soundsend transmitter. It didn't. The axim transmitter allowed my subwoofer to perform like a subwoofer. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use soundsend since I'm running atmos speakers.

I hear pumping!!!
