super disappointed from the very first moment I contacted workiz because ive heard they have integration with Google ads for offline conversation reporting 2 way and some more features ive contacted there sales to verify that and explained exactly what I need they have confirmed they have this features after I signed a contract for the full year I discovered they do not have those features a superviso compromised me but then I discovered how many things this app doesn't have and other crm's do

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. To clarify, 2-way Google Ads tracking was removed a few years ago, though we do integrate with Reserve with Google. We apologize for the inconvenience you faced. This was caused by a mandatory update from Google, which was beyond our control. We've since collaborated with them to resolve the issue and prevent it from happening again. Please update your app to the latest version, and it should function smoothly without any further interruptions.
housecall pro is half the price and better. Does not have some unique features needed for some situations such as selling an estimate and rescheduling that estimate after a down payment has been collected. another thing that is that they had a lite free account with restrictions. after a year of use they are discontinuing that version and you will need to pay to continue to use the app. I did ask for direct support multiple times. this is a review...for public criticism. you said pay or leave.

Gabriel, transitions in pricing happen, and discontinuing the Lite plan allows us to invest in better features. While others offer brief trials with ambiguous pricing, we value transparency. Loading screens galore. Have you guys heard of the word cache? Love standing in front of a customer with a loading screen.

my set up is dispatch with technicians on the field. it does the job and im overall happy. customer service is quick to assist, if theres an issue they'll take care of you.

It doesn't let me log in and says that my session is expired
1. Stripe starts updating suddenly — often right in front of the customer — and you can't cancel it. If Workiz can't do anything with it, it could inform the app users right in the morning (first launch) that an update is available. 2. Workiz replaces parentheses with something like %blablabla% in invoice/estimate items description (encoding issue). Try to test through the app and web.
