I was removed from my client even though the client wanted to continue working with me. Magic Inc. insisted on replacing me without any valid reason or prior notice. There was no clear explanation or proper communication. It's very unprofessional and disheartening, especially when both the VA and client are happy with the working relationship. This kind of treatment shows a lack of respect for both VAs and clients.
