I'm confused. I have a subscription I pay for through the Google store. Where did it and my magazines go? Can I sign in to my account here? What happened? Is there someone I can call?

Literally nothing in the app is working for me. I've written through the contact form before about not getting digital subscription access and magazine issue I paid for, and requested to be contacted by email and have not heard back. At this point I'd rather buy the physical magazines from Writer's Digest, and would like to know how I can get a refund since I'm not able to get the digital issues I paid for. How do I get in touch with someone who can help me?
