there's literally not a tts button anywhere? There's settings for it, but no actual way to turn it on, only page navigation and a back button. Not even text selection.

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the confusion. To turn on TTS: open a book, tap the center of the page to show the full-screen menu, then tap the second icon at the bottom(speaker icon). This opens the TTS. On the reading page, long-pressing text to select it and bring up the selection menu. contact support@handyreader.top for more help.
