I stopped using the glasses. They are too cumbersome and have to be connected to my phone to use them. Waste of money.

On the phone, speech-to-text translation is complete, but on glasses words are skipped! Fix it immediately, glasses are important at work! You need to make subtitles in about the same way as on Youtube, meaning the text should disappear one line at a time, rather than an entire paragraph at once. I wrote to tech support HearView and they replied that they were aware that words could be skipped and were already working on this problem.

it is horrible to reach hearview to help how to change Spanish to English on the glass menu. I feel like to return to them. don't buy this from hearview because they do not have any video phone for.deaf and hard of hearing. thank you.

good
As a deaf IT tech, I am impressed with what they have done with this HearView. i got this hearview from my IT department :)
The most recent update seems to have caused an issue with the quality of voice detection, prior to it the glasses go a good 90% of what was being said but after it's gone way down to probably 20-30%, at the moment they aren't worth using which given how good they were before the update is quite annoying, UPDATE Despite the software being updated the glasses still aren't operating as they should
