I have faced a big issue at my first trade, my stop loss worked way beyond my stop loss point. while I was risking only $35 with my stop loss point, I have faced severe loss of $185 and I have been shocked, it was really too much for me to lose while I was trying to play little by little and explore the platform over time. and customer support didn't give a damn about neither me my situation or tried to help me find a way out a solution for this loss because their stop loss didn't work in time
