completely unreliable app - does not timeously update, and cancellations via app never appear at call centre - this app has never worked and complaints to cap never get addressed. expensive company with subpar performance.

Good app for managing your alarm system/s, if you’re a CAP at Home subscriber. The difficulty that I’m having is that I’m not getting the option to flag an alarm/panic as a false alarm. If/when it does come through to my mobile device, the CAP control room would already have called. In some cases, I receive a call even after flagging the incident as a false alarm. Great service from the CAP control room, but kind of defeats one of the main objectives of having the App!
