worst exp ever with yatra they have tied up with spicejet for doing a scam book a flight and cancel the same and on the name of cancellation they keep the convience fees and tax amount

never use yatra for any booking. the ultimate cheating, they charge convenience fees and service charges even in the free cancelation period, no one will get a full refund even if they mentioned.

The customer service is generous because you will never get attended either by phone or mail once you become prey. You feel lucky if you receive reply from them even after a week or month. It is my personal experience to pay little more but never become a victim of Yatra. App is good to book ticket but you will see the real face only if you have refund claim, date change or cancellation.

bhai sahab aap logo me se koi bi yatra app se ticket book mat krna kuki ye aap wale customer care supportive phone nhi uthate hai or ager apki ticket airline ne bi cancel kr di to bi paise wapis nhi aate hai don't book ticket with yatra

Extremely pathetic customer service, if I reach out on call no one picks up the call even after multiple tries, it's rare that someone will pick up and then also same scripted answers, I reached out via email as well same situation there no answers for long time scripted answers.
