Convert currencies with European Central Bank rates. Works offline.
Currency Exchange and Converter turns an amount from one currency into another using European Central Bank reference rates. Type an amount, pick the currencies, and read the result. Swap the two currencies with one tap. Open Exchange rates to see one unit of a base currency against the others, and change the base whenever you want. Save a pair from Convert with the star. It stays filled while that amount and pair are in Favorites, and you can open a saved pair again from the list. Rates come from Frankfurter, which publishes European Central Bank reference rates.
