whenever I get to the very last part of registering my account, it crashes and I have to go back and do it all over just for it to crash at the end again
Very suspicious that it only allows me to bookmark some providers and not others.
a total waste of an app. right now it won't recognize my finger print saying it's invalid and reset password email never showed up. who runs this app?!
Set up biometrics but if you don't log in constantly they remove it. I guess because our thumbprint changes?

The information provided is consistently incorrect, you are told to use the app to find a "provider", follow the process and still billed incorrectly because the "provider" uses another address to bill from. Phone numbers are wrong, addresses are wrong, it shows providers at incorrect locations...I was told the data is a work in progress...Surest was not ready for prime time...and it still hasn't gotten it's act together. I need a phone number
This app hasn't worked in months. It doesn't even allow you to get to the login screen before it returns an error message. I had to delete the app to even be able to access the web page, as my phone automatically triggers the app when logging into the Surest website. A fully functional app is kind of important when trying to quickly access insurance claims and provider information. 09/24/26 Update: I re-downloaded the app to my phone today and it's working fine now. The bugs appear to be fixed

biometric login is trash. please fix.
prefer zero stars. worthless app. stuck on initial question if additional coverage. I answer no and it will not go past the question. I updated the app, reset password and get nowhere. Complete waste of time! why must tools be so complicated!
