This app is really good, but I can’t give it 5 stars because of one major issue. When I try to extract a frame while connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi, the app doesn’t handle the ads properly. As a result, my phone sometimes restarts automatically. Please fix the ad handling and this issue. Once it’s resolved, I’d be happy to give the app 5 stars.

Thanks for the kind words! We take the restart seriously. Our recent versions have fixed several crash and performance issues, though we cannot be sure your exact case is covered. You can try upgrading to 1.0.81;. If it still happens, please email optionallabhk@gmail.com with your device model. We really want to get this fixed.

works good to get a frame easily. meaning you don't have to start and stop trying to stop a video at an exact 1/2 a second or anything. This works great for that!! I didn't give 5 stars simply because I've only used it once so far. It was really very simple to use no learning curve needed! So far this seems to be just what I was looking for. To the creator I appreciate this app Thank you so much!

It's really good for taking specific frames, even if its tedious and takes forever depending on how many frames I wish it had a sliding bar just so I could see where I was at on the frames but it kinda does that if you just hold down on a picture and at the bottom it tells a number. as someone who uses this on things with 50,000+ frames it really helps.

Thanks for the feedback! That's a great suggestion - we'll look into improving Bulk Export mode so it's easier to move through your frames.
going to upgrade to pro. the one feature you could add that would beat everyone out there, find a way to export the frame with the hdr or gain map information. so you get a super hdr jpeg. hdr video frames lack information and this would change everything. no one else cares.

only 20 frame can be extracted from 10 sec video with 500 frame, Damn to bottom this app forcing u to SUBSCRIBE. STUPID PERSON WHOEVER MAKE THIS APP !!!

Thanks for the feedback! Free users get 20 frames/day, which covers most daily needs. If you need more, you don't have to subscribe - you can watch a short ad to earn extra quota or make a one-time purchase for unlimited access. We appreciate your input as we work to keep the app fair!
