Your app usage is never stored or sent anywhere • Usage access is requested only if you turn on per-app rotation WHY THE PERMISSIONS • Display over other apps – lets RotateX request your chosen orientation on top of other apps. The overlay is invisible and never shows or reads content. • Notifications – the notification is your rotation control panel. • Usage access (optional) – tells RotateX which app is open, so per-app rules work. GOOD TO KNOW Android lets apps and phone makers decide how rotation works, so some apps (for example, certain games, camera apps or the lock screen) may ignore a forced orientation.
