be careful when using the app instead of the web version for scheduling. it often shows an incorrect hourly rate for available vehicles. More bad news. When renting a car, you will often get three different prices as you go through the app. You will never know what will be charged for sure.

Rented a car, car stopped working in the middle of the trip. Zipcar told me they'd get it towed, no worries. Then a few days later, I see that my account has been charged $537. No mail, no call, I've been charged for towing and late fees for a trip that got ruined by their own car. Horrible customer service, they act as if they're doing a favour to you

Seems like a great service until they cancel your reservation 45 MINUTES before you need the car, then they don't replace the reservation, AND THEN you have to ask for a refund. Save yourself some time and energy and just book through a reputable agency. Even Budget is better than this "company".
