App does not operate consistently. Does not work properly with biometric login. Needs alot of attention to be more seamless.
Absolutely horrible for section Xi officials. So many flaws.
app does not functionality that a computer has.. navigation is terrible on mobile device. can see games assigned.. messages have future dates.. why use this app at all
Errors, can't sync to calendars. Not user friendly. Doesn't keep info for logins. Update :Zebra web app continues to be non user friendly. It still takes forever to load or doesnt load. Messaging other officials doesnt seem to work. Though for a while it had stopped forcing me to sign in repeatedly it has begun doing that again. Also doing things like approving invoices etc is not possible on the app. The nice change is that calendar integration works now.

This is a really bad app. It crashes all the time and none of the information from zebra web downloaded into the app or is visible from the app. There's no reason to use the app when you can log on to the full web version on your phone.
ZW has addressed the problem I was experiencing with the app. It now works fine & is quite useful.

A follow-up to my 7/9/24 review: the problems I experienced appear to have been resolved. I contacted ZW and the person I spoke with told me he would follow up and get the problem solved, and he did.

Used to kick me out immediately after I logged in but the newest update fixed it (finally!!!) App works fine now

Not user friendly, keeps you blocked when games are canceled. Must constantly stay on top of schedule.
