Great tool when you are getting to know and learn about your Inner self. I used the trial and just got charged for a full year@ 44. Requesting refund now

I have the journal and the book, and now the app too. So I was excited when I started to use the app. I did pay for the year subscription since being able to log my daily stuff helps, but my issue is the card decks and other stuff still has yet to unlock and I already have reached out and emailed support for the bug issue. Im currently on check in day 12 and still nothing has unlocked in the features. Im disappointed in this. I read they've been an issue for a while. Fix them please!
not quite sure what features are paid and free, asked to select a journal or meditation, it showed 21 minute meditation but i could not click it. Unhappy about being forced to provide my date of birth to use the app, feels like intrusive data mining with no need for that specific information Gratitude journal exercise felt toxic positive overly vague and overwhelmingly like a catch all fix without providing basis for the steps in the excercise Found app from Shadow Work Journal, disappointed
I purchased the book The Shadow Work Journal and decided to give the app a try on my tablet. The app has features I'd love to utilize but they don't work. It either continues to load or gives me an error message. I would love to give the app more stars if it worked as intended.
Technology issues Multiple attempts with no success in accessing paid benefits after I've paid!! I am experiencing an issue with tracking my streak progress in the app. I have tapped "join challenge" to unlock decks and cards for several consecutive days, completing both 3-day and 7-day streaks (and likely more). However, the app continuously resets the counter to 0.

Inactive meditation staring at a screen is the only option given!? Some of us CAN'T do that
decent app but I canceled my subscription and still trying to charge me
Seemed like it would be super cool. The AI -generated feedback on journal entries turned this into a hard "No" for me. No way to turn this feature off. Cancelled the trial immediately.

It's not a 7 day free trial, as you're charged the day before it ends. Google tells you to contact the app developer, who is unresponsive to all emails involving refunds. The app itself is lacking, you get more out of shadow work journals. I'm not familiar with the one mentioned pitching this app, but I've found Shadow Work Journal by Keila Shaheen to be fine. There's also free apps that provide the same amount of services as the paid version of this app. Malicious behavior all around.

too expensive for all features..I purchased the book and journal, I'm not paying for the app too! you should get the app free if you got the book and journal. it's sad bc the book made it seem like these would work together to enhance your experience but everything I click on it brings me to a purchasing screen. I can't afford to purchase another thing for the shadow work series the book and journal were expensive enough.
