What format files does this app use. I tried to import different formats but nothing seems to work. Thanks

the app works wonderfully but it really needs an update 😔, designs sometimes crash , WiFi connection gets disrupted mid way sometimes I'm guessing that due to the main connection WiFi network. first time usage is smooth riding but as days goes by the connection becomes an issue I think the app is due for an upgrade. what I like.... connection to the app and machine was easy app works very well with a variety of designs from other sources overall that app is good ,could use a little update

Not bad

Excellent

It need time per color and preview on one button following all corners or personalizated click

app crashes before it even opens properly

Ever offline, never connects to machine, this is bull dust.

I need to know how to use my purchased designs like Faye said.
