I booked a room through this app for my brother who lives in Turkey and he was visiting St. Petersburgh for a week but he had issues at the airport regarding his documents and he had to go back to Turkey in order to sort them out.Even if his room wasn't refundable, as soon as the management found out about the problem, they refunded us fully.He will be back there soon to experience the hotel and St Petersburgh.Thanks!
