I ordered the product everyday but today (1 November 2026) I ordered the product for my family but the delivery guy call me and told me to come half way to receive the product and refuse to not deliver the product in home and at last he did not give me the product...and the app showing the product is delivered...and my money has been debited from my zepto cash.....worst app

today I placed an order but unfortunately it was wrong then I requested the delivery boy to cancel the order but the delivery boy talked irrespectively and argued to take the order I said i want to talk with your customer care He refused to give the number . we suffered this incident in future we are not going to use zepto thanks 🙏
