The app is buggy, slow and not user friendly. The customer support at times is unresponsive. Once they closed my ticket without providing any feedback! Update: I cannot login to my account and despite several emails over the past 3-4 months the issue is still not resolved.

This used to be a great app and work well for myself and my family. Since releases in June this stopped and the login failed. Correspondence with the "support team" dried up and clearly this is not going to be fixed - a more recent release did nothing to resolve and clearly are not planning to either leaving me & my family with inaccessible eSIMs. I would not recommend folks using this app as you could well lose your money and you won't get a reply. I've no idea why app this turned bad.

previously used no problem, the app has just been updated, and it won't let me sign in to activate my e-sim, which i have just purchased for my holiday. That'll be a waste of money if I can't access it.
