Send files with your screen and camera. No internet, no accounts, no leaks.
Magical Share sends files between nearby devices using light. The sender shows a stream of moving codes on its screen, and the receiver reads them with its camera. Nothing goes over the internet, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and there is nothing to pair. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No internet. The Android app does not even ask for internet access. • No accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. • End-to-end encryption. With Key protection, the sender scans a code on the receiving phone, and only that phone can open the file, even if someone films the screen. • Passphrase protection for when you would rather say a word than scan a code. • Received files stay private on this device, in the app's Received list, until you delete them. • App lock opens the app only with Face ID, a fingerprint or your device PIN. WORKS WHERE OTHER SHARING DOESN'T • Between iPhone and Android. • On a plane, in a basement, abroad without data. • On networks that block devices from seeing each other. • When Bluetooth is turned off or not allowed. HOW IT WORKS 1. On the receiving phone, tap Receive. 2. On the sending device, pick a file, choose how to protect it, and tap Start sending. 3. Point the receiving camera at the sending screen. Missed codes do not matter: the receiver finishes with whichever codes it catches, and checks every byte before showing the file. FREE FOR 7 DAYS Try everything free for 7 days. After that, a one-time Pro unlock keeps sending available. Receiving from other phones is always free, and files sent from Magical Share on the web open with Pro or the trial. No subscription, no account. GOOD TO KNOW • Best for documents, photos, contacts, notes and keys. Typical speeds are 50 to 100 KB per second, so a large video is better sent another way. • While sending, the screen flashes rapidly at full brightness. If you are sensitive to flashing lights, do not look at the sending screen. Magical Share collects no data at all. The full privacy policy is inside the app.
