It took Dr Lempert 2 hrs for service. After a test, my leg was bleeding. Dr was not attentive. Said, the test result will be ready in 2 weeks. I like Dr Assistant, Diana, very kind and professional.

it's a good app don't get me wrong but all the providers that are listed for in person appointments are so far from me. A drive that is 1 hour+ is simply too far especially for appointments that don't take that long and are for simple things. I desperately need to find a PCP and obgyn but everyone is so far. I prefer in person because video appointments don't seem as personal.

Every icon was ai, everyone had the same address and is out of network. Thanks for just taking my data and Robbing me of my time.
What the hell is the point of a "find a doctor" app that WON'T FILTER RESULTS BASED ON MY INSURANCE? Yeah the filter option is there, but it DOES NOT WORK. Every doctor I see in the list says "Out of Network." Pointless. Luigi did nothing wrong.
