Great experience, very easy to use , start to finish
Tried getting signed up for over an hour. You need to verify your email address with a code that gets sent to your email - but a code never came through. Tried two different email addresses, checked spam and junk folders, and resending the code multiple times. Could not rent a bike because of it.
I had a great time on the Zoom Bikeshare! Thank you!
great
Great easy to use , but price too high for 1 hr , should be $5
The bikes were great (need alittle tune up, mine kept skipping gears and my husband's breaks weren't the tightest) the trails were amazing. The lock up process was alittle hard, we didn't know you have to slide the lock bar yourself when done with the bike to lock it up. But good ride, great date day

Tricky until we realized you had to manually slide the lock🤦😝. Bit more descriptive verbage would have been great
