Does this even still work ? I can't tell if submissions are acted on, says contacting server all the time.

No way to update app.

This app never works. Server not responding message.

Cannot submit a request due to server errors. Always says there is an update, but there isn't

Constantly get an error saying cannot connect to server every time I go to create a request. Apps suggests that there's an update available and I've tried multiple times but nothing updates. I've logged out, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app and nothing seems to fix it. I love the idea of this app. Please fix.

Great idea. But for me, I get an error about not being able to connect to the server every time I submit a request. I end up having to go online to submit. 1 Star.
