Really bad experience! It locked my account out of no reason which caused me not able to search any hotels (when I need). I contacted customer service to ask why. No one could help me, but just mis-claimed that I did robot search (which I never did). I asked them providing evidence if so, and they couldn't! I spent so much time with them and no one couldn't fix my issue.... It's very bad app, terrible customer service. I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN!!!
