Is this app still being actively supported by the developer? No updates in three years. As others have said, this app really needs to be able to select male/female/nonbinary independently for the user's gender and the gender of the partner (or future partner). In English at least this is straightforward (he/she/they). If that's not doable, allowing the user to edit (or delete) existing affirmations and add new custom affirmations would allow users to fix this problem themselves.

Hi Aaron, thank you very much for your feedback. We always appreciate constructive criticism! However, the choice of gender is possible, both for yourself and for your partner or your future partner. We have added your other suggestions (messages editable, deletable) to our to-do-list. Love. Your KYO Team ❤️

Thank you for your feedback, Amber! We are currently thinking about how we can make the app more interactive. But you can always reach us via the contact form in the app. Even if you have questions about a certain message. That's no problem, we are always happy to hear from you! All the best, your KYO team ❤️

What a useless app👎👎👎👎👎👎🤮🤮

It's sad that you devalue us so much. The anonymity of the Internet makes it possible. That's exactly why we want to make our contribution with this app to make this world a friendlier place.

wanted to feel empowered by affirmations. I started it but didn't continue because of favorable payment needed to pursue the app. not bad of a app to try out.

Thanks for your feedback, but there is probably a misunderstanding here. You can definitely use the app in a free version, and permanently. With all our love, your KYO team ❤️

I like the idea, but I didn't find the messages to be really positive or uplifting. I only tried the free version, so maybe the premium categories are better.

First, you have to choose between sexes (not genders), binary only. Second, so many of these so called positive messages are not at all that. "Complaining, whining, moaning? That's so last season...drop it..." Last season? That's not something people trying to build self love should be worried about. It doesn't matter what follows that statement, a self love app should be focusing on affirmations, not pointing out flaws. Deleting. On the plus side, the app works with no bugs.

Thank you for your feedback! You are right about the term "gender", we will change that. We are a german company and we trusted our translator – sorry for that. The choice male/female is solely for the correct choice of grammatical form. Concerning the messages, it's hard to find something that everyone likes. But we will think about your input!

NO. Not everyone is male or female and requiring people to choose between those two in order to even use the app is not okay. Especially for an app that's supposed to be helping people with self esteem. Edit: I think it would be much much better, instead of asking people to choose between only two genders, to ask instead what wording, hero or heroine, we prefer. That way nonbinary users don't have to specifically lie about their gender in order to use the app.

The choice between male and female should be made so that you choose the grammatical form that best suits you. Are you a hero or a heroine? There's no other form here, right?
