SipoPlan

SipoPlan is the app for employees and management of safety and security companies working in the railway track environment. It supports the daily work around shifts, time tracking and documentation, from the security officer on site to dispatch in the office. Access to SipoPlan is provided exclusively by your employer. You cannot create your own account within the app. For employees: - Shift schedule with all upcoming and past assignments - Shift details with meeting point, client and assigned team - Clock in, pause and clock out with one tap, with a safety confirmation before every time entry - Tasks with open and completed status - Chat with colleagues and management - Digital ID badge with QR code to present to safety inspectors, site management or controls - Reports and defect notices directly from the worksite - Request shift swaps, availability and absences - Overview of training records, documents and deadlines For management: - Daily overview of all shifts and open positions - Live map of employees on duty per worksite - Approval of time entries, swap and absence requests - Assign and track tasks - Messages to individual employees or the whole company Privacy: Location is recorded only when clocking in, clocking out or during breaks, depending on your employer's settings. There is no continuous background tracking. All data is transmitted encrypted. SipoPlan is developed in Germany for track safety companies in the railway sector.
