App keeps stopping, calendar sync is not reliable, document management not intuitive.

Worst app. Crashes all the time, unstable, confusing, not user friendly. Lot of bugs. Avoid.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. Crashing problems are closely related to devices. The upcoming January release will fix known crashes. Please contact our support team at support@securepim.com after the update to verify this for your device. We are also always happy to receive constructive feedback to improve usability.

Crashes constantly. Awful functionality, poor formatting, new calendar format worse than the last one...my week starts on Sunday, not Monday. Pop up alerts inconsistent. Replication slow or non existent. Very difficult depend on for an emergency response job when I need immediate email access. Overall one of the worst apps I've used. German software is generally awful and this one doesn't disappoint. If I wasn't forced to use this, I'd delete it! Email shouldn't be this difficult in 2020.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you are experiencing trouble. For push notifications to work correctly, they have to be configured on the server and within the SecurePIM Management Portal. Password requirements and fingerprint recognition can also be configured in the Portal. Please contact your IT admin to activate these functionalities.
Frequent shutdowns. This is a horrible app. Why my company picked it, I have no idea. If you have a choice, never use this.

Fingerprint doesn't work, App not ready for android q beta

Thank you for your feedback. Enablement of fingerprint recognition can be configured in the SecurePIM Management Portal. Please contact your IT administrator to activate this functionality. We are constantly working on improving our product with regular new releases. SecurePIM will be compatible with the final Android Q version.
