There are no ads, no account and nothing to sign up for. Coming from another app? Bring your history with you from a spreadsheet file, a list of dates, or an Apple Health export. Quick when you need it - Opens straight to today: the day of your cycle and when the next period is likely. Nothing pops up first, so you can answer "when was your last period?" at the doctor's office in seconds. - Log a start or end in one tap. Add flow, symptoms, mood, notes and basal body temperature when you want to. - A calendar with logged periods, likely periods and the fertile window. Predictions that show their work Estimates come from your own cycles, with a range and a plain explanation of how they were worked out. Leave an unusual cycle out of the averages, or pause predictions during pregnancy, postpartum or any other break. Bring your history - Import a CSV file from another app or a spreadsheet, with column matching and date format detection. - Paste a list of dates. - Read an Apple Health export file, all on your phone. - Optional Health sync reads and writes logged flow, spotting and basal body temperature with Apple Health or Health Connect.
