Walk there with your usual maps app, see what you find, and earn a one-of-a-kind stamp in your field notebook. Unlimited, free, no coins, no account. Spots worth walking to - Every spot is checked on your phone before you see it. Wanderdot tries to avoid water, motorways, rail lines and land you should not wander onto, such as military, industrial, airport, school and cemetery grounds, and keeps you on your side of a border. - Spots snap to a footpath, trail or quiet street. - Choose how far: from 200 m to 5 km. - Don't like it? Pick again as many times as you want. A spot comes back in seconds, or you get a clear message, never an endless spinner. Your maps app does the directions Open the spot in Apple Maps or Google Maps for walking directions. Wanderdot notices when you arrive while the app is open, or you can check in yourself. A field notebook of your walks Add up to six photos, a note and a title when you get there. Each finished walk gets its own stamp, generated just for that walk. Look back through every walk on a map, and export everything as a zip file whenever you like.
