Islands, bridges and coins. Some islands have coins to spare, some are in debt. Clear every debt. One island, two moves: • Give — the island hands one coin to each of its neighbours. • Take — the island takes one coin from each of its neighbours. Every move touches all the neighbours at once, so a coin that settles one debt can open another.
