This app works amazingly, blocking reels instantly when you click on them. But for me, I would turn it off so I could watch "1" reel and get sucked into them for a few hours. Then I found the block app part where you can't unlock the app till the time you set is over. It has genuinely helped me study so much better. No pop-up ads besides ads trying to get you to buy premium, but they aren't annoying, and you don't need premium for those features. 10/10 would recommend

Thank you so much for your review; I personally hate ads on apps and have made a conscious decision to not put them on my apps. Also, there's a free Scroll Pass feature where you can limit short-form only for a time limit too! You can try it out
an amazing app in every way the ui is amazing and the information it gives is amazing aswell one thing I would recommend is to stop people from using pop up view to bypass the blocking
I mean this is the best app if you wanna quit doomscrolling . it's a gem in the playstore hope it recieves more recognition
