To switch between 12 and 24 hour, tap the minutes on the widget, then select Appearance from the menu icon on the top left, and then select time format. This opens the device settings for time format. Alternative you can open the device time settings manually.

You open the app by tapping the minutes on the home screen widget. To open the weather forecast, tap on the current weather on the home screen widget instead. If you have not yet added a widget, you find the in your app tray with the name “Clock, Date and Weather widget”. Hope this helps!
nice. By chance I had a wallpaper of moon & app weather clouds exactly under🌙👏. Wish size of digits could be increased. Great to know by developer's reply that next version it wil be possible to change size. Hope it will be free, Ad free too. Being greedy😄

SNEAKY LIARS ALREADY SO YOU ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY 👎👎 8-12-26 You guys are lying: I HAVE TWO SEPARATE APPS SHOWING IN MY APP TRAY! In addition, this app never updates the weather unless you click on it! The weather is NEVER accurate when it DOES UPDATE! 👎👎

This is only one app. The "Weather" is a shortcut into the weather forecast which is built into this app. You would normally enter the weather forecast via the home screen widget. The Weather shortcut gives the possibility to open the weather forecast, for those that do not want the home screen widget.
