There is no way to change your photograph. It makes you have the verified one which catches you off guard at a weird angle. It looks nothing like you and there is no way to change it, but the AI says there is, I've followed the instructions explicitly and it is not working. There's there's none of the things it describes or even there. This app is a waste of Time

Sorry for the frustration. Verification photos aren’t visible to other users, only the pictures on your profile are. After the AI reply, our team sent you a human reply with the correct steps to check and change your photos. You can always reply to us in the app, the same way you reached out.
