why is it that it is compulsory for me to rate a passenger but optional for a passenger to rate me? if you want to prioritize rating, what is good for the goose should also be good for the gander. you get me to compulsorily rate an ungrateful passenger and then make it optional for them. stand one place abeg.

after soo many updates, still got issues with chat options?? customer can message driver but driver can't reply?? how are we supposed to communicate effectively????

Hi, it sounds like you haven't been getting the help you need, and having to reach out without feeling supported is frustrating. We're working to improve the support experience for drivers, and we appreciate you speaking up.
Whoever added the "navigate" button should be fired because every time we get a new request, whether we accept it or decline it, the itinerary will have to load again and it might cause the drivers to miss exist or turns while waiting for the navigate button to load up! also in so many cases while waiting for the rider there will be no "contact" icon which means we can neither call them nor text them and even we wait 10 mins then we cancel and choose the "client didn't show" we lose 1 point...
