This app is terrible. Trying to reset the password and it just spins, and spins, and spins. Never sends the reset link.

Not particularly. My birth year is incorrect in some of this data. As well, the dates to schedule are from the beginning or middle of this year. It seems that the dates for follow up appts. have the wrong year as well.

Excellent app! Has been a great help after an extensive / difficult hospital stay. Documentation, follow-ups, medications, orders, contacts, results... all in one place.
I have memory issues, so I really like reading visit notes. Then I can write questions to ask Dr for next visit.
I like the biometric login and ease of use
very easy to use, love that I can also access my insurance information. I also can provide information to doctors from different clinics directly from the portal so they can see what other doctors have note about Mt condition so we don't duplicate the same tests.
works pretty good I love convenience of making appts leaving messages for my Dr n all things a phone call would provide
This app is fantastic ! You can make appointments, get medication refills , message your care team , and have video visits all without being on hold or having to follow the prompts. Need a doctor any anytime you can get one without leaving you home and having to sit in a urgent care or emergency room
Extremely frustrating when attempting to pay a bill. Google pay is an option but continually send you in a loop without completion. Even when forced to put in my credit card information (which I don't want to do and why I attempt Google pay), it doesn't allow you to pay after entering all of the required information. Extremely buggy and frustrating!!!
